Some links on our platform are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

10. Termination

10.3 Effect of Termination

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator before commencing litigation. Each party shall bear their own costs of mediation.
12.3 Court Proceedings
If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may commence court proceedings in accordance with Section 11 (Governing Law). Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.
12.4 EU Online Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. However, we are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
